The Anger and Sress Management Centres are regular contributors to the media on our areas of speciality, namely anger and anger management, stress and stress management, road rage, aggression, domestic violence, parenting, relationships, conflict and changing behaviour.
The CEO, Shelton Kartun, is regarded by the media to be the Anger Management "guru" in South Africa.
Apart from appearing on British television programmes including documentaries, chat shows and daily news broadcasts, numerous international radio stations as well as contributing to British print media and sharing his expert opinion, Shelton now also contributes extensively to South African media since his return to SA in 2004.
