Anger itself is a normal, natural human emotion and is neither positive nor negative, yet it be very destructive and could even lead to the death of someone.
Anger must not be misused or abused
It is human nature to retaliate quickly to situations that have triggered us. That driver who cut in front of us. That security guard who told you what to do. Your child who forgot to do their chores. Your wife who keeps nagging you. The colleague who didn't do things your way.
We seem to jump into attack mode and want to teach somebody a lesson.
I'll show you!!!!
Hence we play the game of tit for tat... an eye for an eye.
Anger is not about revenge as ultimately it is destructive. Anger needs to be channelled positively so that you obtain a result without the loss of control or without being abusive. If you have been playing this tit for tat game then you do need to learn practical tools in our superb anger management course.
